PM Modi Extends Navratri Greetings, Highlights ‘Make in India’ and GST Savings (Social Media)
PM on GST Reforms: The festival of Navratri has begun across the country today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his best wishes to the nation on this special occasion. On this occasion, the PM advised the countrymen to adopt the mantra of 'Swadeshi' and prioritize goods made in India.
New GST rates have also come into effect along with Navratri. Many everyday items will now become cheaper. PM Modi called it a "GST Savings Festival" and stated that this will directly benefit the common people.
PM Modi wrote on social media, "Happy Navratri to all of you. May this holy festival bring courage, restraint, and determination and add new strength and confidence to everyone's life. Jai Mata Di!" He also said that today is the day of special worship of Goddess Shailputri, and may everyone's life be filled with happiness and health with the blessings of the Mother Goddess.

PM Modi emphasized the importance of Swadeshi on this auspicious occasion of Navratri. He said that the GST Savings Festival will inspire citizens to embrace products made in India. This step will help strengthen the resolve for a self-reliant India.
The Prime Minister also shared the hymn of Pandit Jasraj ji and requested the countrymen to send their favorite hymns. He said, "If you have sung a hymn or have a favorite hymn, please send it to me. In the coming days I will share some of those hymns."
