Singrauli: The case of the death of social media influencer Nidhi Tiwari in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, is getting complicated. Now in the investigation, the name of Punjab resident engineer Sonu Singh has come to light, with whom Nidhi had talked on the phone some time before the incident. After giving information about the incident to Nidhi's mother, Sonu's phone is said to be switched off. Police are investigating all aspects of the case.

Why did Nidhi talk to Sonu before the incident?

According to the report, at around 8:20 pm on Saturday night, Nidhi was on the upper floor of her house and was talking to Sonu Singh on the phone. It has been told by the family that during the conversation there was an argument between the two regarding some issue. After some time, Nidhi's family came to know about the incident. 

However, what exactly was the conversation between the two over the phone and what was its connection with the incident is not yet clear. Police are investigating call records and other facts. 

What did Sonu tell Nidhi's mother?

Before the incident, Sonu had called Nidhi's mother, Hemlata Tiwari, and informed her about her daughter's condition. After this the family members immediately reached upstairs. Finding the door of the room closed, it was opened, and Nidhi was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. 

It has come to light that Sonu could not be contacted after Nidhi's death. His mobile is also said to be switched off. For this reason, his role in the investigation and the conversation before the incident have become an important point.

Who is Sonu Singh?

According to the report, Sonu Singh is said to be originally from Punjab and worked as an engineer in an outsourcing company associated with NCL. In connection with his job, he had to travel to Singrauli and surrounding areas. During this time, his identity with Nidhi came to light.

Around 30-year-old Nidhi Tiwari was very active on social media. According to reports, she had around 9 lakh followers on Facebook and more than 7 lakh followers on Instagram. She also participated in local events and was associated with many beauty contests. 

After her death, old videos and social media posts are also in discussion. In a viral post, she had written emotional things about loneliness and herself. However, it would not be appropriate to draw any conclusions about the cause of her death from these posts.

According to the Morwa police station, all aspects of the case are being investigated. Police are investigating the phone conversation, call records and other facts related to the incident. At present, the real reason behind Nidhi's death and the events of the conversation with Sonu Singh are a matter of investigation.
