BJP's Returning officer said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among the proposers of Nitin Nabin's candidature for BJP president.ย
Nabinโs unchallenged rise is being seen as a sign of unity within the party at a crucial time. With several state elections on the horizon and preparations already underway for future national contests, the BJP appears keen to project stability and continuity at the top.
Party leaders believe his appointment will help maintain organisational momentum while keeping the focus on cadre strength and election readiness.
