The congress leader further highlighted his ''vote chori'' charge, and stated that a similar attempt can happen in Bihar as well. Rahul alleged, “They are engaged in stealing your votes. They stole elections in Maharashtra, they stole elections in Haryana, and they will try their best in Bihar.”

He continued to add, “They will try their best to ensure that a government with the voice of Bihar is not formed in Bihar. This is what SIR means. But we guarantee you that we will form a government of every class, every caste, every religion in Bihar. We will not leave anyone behind.”

Further speaking about GST, PM Modi said, "Tell me what is written on the back of your phone?" he asked the crowd. "Made in China. We say it should not be Made in China, it should be Made in Bihar. Mobiles, shirts, pants, all should be made in Bihar so that the youth get jobs."
