Locals Upset as Temple Visit Skipped

The local people got angry as Rahul Gandhi did not perform the prayers in the temple. The worship plate that had been prepared was left untouched. Meanwhile, when Rahul Gandhi’s convoy passed by the temple without stopping, the local youths began chanting slogans of “Long live BJP.”

Leaders come only for votes

The youth of Wazirganj are angry over Rahul Gandhi not performing prayers at the temple. While speaking to Aaj Tak, the youths said that leaders come here only to ask for votes. This yatra began on Sunday from Sasaram, and then on Monday, it went up to Aurangabad before reaching Gaya Ji.

Rahul targeted the EC over SIR

During the yatra on Monday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi warned the Chief Election Commissioner and both Election Commissioners that when the alliance government is formed, strict action will be taken against “vote theft.” Gandhi also said that the entire country will demand an affidavit from the Election Commission, and if time permits, his party will expose “vote theft” in every Assembly and Lok Sabha constituency. Rahul Gandhi did not stop here; he further said that just as Prime Minister Narendra Modi talks about special packages, similarly the Election Commission has also brought a “new special package” for Bihar. Its name is SIR (Special Intensive Revision), which, according to him, is “a new form of vote theft.”
