UP Board Exams 2026: Class 10, 12 Exams begins today; about 53 lakh students to appear (X)
Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad on Wednesday began the UP Board examinations for 2026. The exams will be conducted in two shifts, first shift from 8.30 am to 11.45 pm and second shift from 2 pm to 5.15 pm across 8,033 centres in the state.
The Uttar Pradesh Board exams started on Wednesday with Class 10 and Class 12 appearing for Hindi paper.
The Class 10 Hindi paper will be held from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, while the Class 12 Hindi paper is scheduled to be held from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
The examination, which begin on Wednesday, will conclude on March 12, 2026.
A total of 53,37,778 students have registered for the UP Board High School and Intermediate examinations this year, which includes 27,61,696 class 10 and 25,76,082 class 12 students.
The examination, which will be held at 8,033 exam centres, includes 596 government, 3,453 aided-government and 3,984 self-financed secondary schools.
