New Delhi: A horrifying incident from the Sultanpur Patti Chowki area of Udham Singh Nagar district, Uttarakhand, has left a community in shock. A 25-year-old man has been accused of raping his 65-year-old blind mother. The alleged crime was interrupted when the woman's elder son heard her screams late Monday night and rushed to the scene.

The police reported that the elder son acted quickly, arriving in time to stop the assault. The suspect, his younger brother, was reportedly caught in the act. The elder son immediately alerted the authorities, who arrested the accused a short distance from the home. A case has been filed against him based on his brother’s complaint.
