The girls 13-year-old sibling is also said to have been sexually molested by the father.Police reportsAccording to police, on January 20, the youngster fled her Ghaziabad home because she could no longer bear the abuse and was discovered wandering the streets of Delhi. After being turned over to the Delhi Police, the Child Welfare Committee was given custody of her. A medical examination on the girl showed that she had been raped.Crime in pursuitThe child informed authorities that she had been living with her maternal grandparents for the past four years following the death of her father. Her mother had brought the siblings to her Ghaziabad residence last year. Her mothers friend, had previously molested her brother, 13, and sexually attacked her on multiple occasions. The abuse had caused her brother to move out of the house. The youngster claimed that learning that her mother was involved in prostitution following the loss of her father and that she intended to pressure her into the trade as she grew older was the final straw for her.
