The team remains unchanged, and Rohit stressed the importance of focusing on the current match without being distracted by other factors.

Weather forecasts indicate a 46% chance of rain at toss time, with rain probabilities hovering around 50% during the game, diminishing to 32% by the match's conclusion. Led by Rohit Sharma, India began their Super Eight campaign with a commanding 47-run victory over Afghanistan. 

Meanwhile, Bangladesh suffered a 28-run loss (DLS method) to Australia in their first Super Eight encounter. A win for India would edge them closer to a semi-final berth, while Bangladesh must secure victory to stay competitive in the knockout race.
