India vs Sri Lanka Asia Cup Super 4: India defeated Sri Lanka, with the help of Super Over in the Asia Cup 2025, being held in Dubai. Suryakumar Yadav scored the winning run. The final match of the Asia Cup Super Four between India and Sri Lanka was held on September 26.

Notably, the Indian team has already reached the final after winning five consecutive matches, while Sri Lanka is now not part of the tournament. Notably, India has now defeated Sri Lanka and entered the final match against Pakistan to be held on Sunday. 

Batting first in today's match, India scored 202 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs, the highest total of the tournament. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka equaled India's record, by scoring 202 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. However, the match between India and Sri Lanka was a tie, leading to a Super Over, in which India defeated Sri Lanka. 

Sri Lanka batted first in the Super Over and scored just two runs. India easily scored those runs and won the match.

The Super Over was also quite exciting. Arshdeep dismissed Kusal Perera on the very first ball. 

Pathum Nissanka performed well

Sri Lankan cricketer had shown a thrilling performance in today's match. Pathum Nissanka scored a century, scoring 107 runs out of 58 balls. Kusal Perera scored 58 runs out of 32 balls, hitting eight fours and one six.

Abhishek Sharma 

Abhishek Sharma made India proud in today's match. He scored a half-century in the third consecutive match. The left-handed batsman scored 61 runs out of 31 balls, hitting eight fours and two sixes.
