New Delhi: The IPL is all set to officially kick off on March 28 and Rajasthan Royals left no stone unturned in their preparations. The entire camp is gathered in Jaipur, players are sweating in the nets from morning till evening. One of the videos coming out from this camp created a lot of buzz on social media.
In the video, Ravindra Jadeja is seen talking nonchalantly to 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi. Jadeja asked how far the DY Patil team went in the tournament – Vaibhav told him that they lost in the semi-finals. Then Jadeja laughingly said, "Hey, till yesterday you were playing there." Vaibhav smiled and said, "Yes, brother, I came yesterday." Just this small conversation touched people's hearts.

This was the biggest trade of IPL this time. Sanju Samson was sent to Chennai Super Kings and in return Jadeja and Sam Curran joined the Rajasthan team. This news was no less than a shock for the fans.
In 2008, under the captaincy of Shane Warne, Jadeja won the first IPL title with RR. Now after 17 years he has returned to the same house. He himself said that Rajasthan Royals gave me my first platform – it is not just a team, it is my home.
Playing IPL at the age of 14 is a big thing in itself. The batting performance shown by Vaibhav in Under-19 cricket surprised everyone. Now players like Jadeja and Sam Curran are around him – this environment is no less than a gift for him.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, Jadeja, Sam Curran, Jofra Archer, Ravi Bishnoi, Dhruv Jurel — just looking at this list it is clear how balanced the team is. The captaincy is on the shoulders of Riyan Parag. Last season, RR could win only 4 out of 14 matches – this time the intention is to reverse that shameful record.
