Drug-Addicted Man Fatalities Brother With Glass Bottle Over Money In Karnal; Accused Flees

Karnal: A man killed his own brother in Karnal over money. The incident happened in Sector 32-33 police station area in Haryana. After the murder, the accused ran away. Police teams are searching for him. The victim was identified as Kamal. His brother Kapil is the accused. Police said that Kapil had been asking Kamal for money. He was addicted to drugs and kept demanding cash from his family.

Why was the fight?

On the day of the incident, both brothers started fighting about money and the argument got heated. Kapil got angry and attacked Kamal with a glass bottle. He hit him on the throat. Kamal was badly hurt. His family rushed him to the hospital. But doctors could not save him. He died in the hospital.

Police got word from the hospital and reached the house. They started investigating right away. Investigation Officer Jagdish Kumar said the police team arrived after getting the hospital alert. Kamal's father filed a complaint. Based on his statement, police registered a case. They took Kamal's body for autopsy.
