Officials Should Not Take the 'CM Window' Lightly; Resolve Public Grievances on Priority: Sunil Indaura (Rimpi Jindal)
Ratia (Haryana): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini remains available round-the-clock to address public grievances. The 'CM Window' and 'Samadhan Shivir' (grievance redressal camps) are matters of prestige for the Chief Minister; therefore, officials must not treat them lightly and must ensure the resolution of every public complaint on a priority basis.
These remarks were made by Sunil Indaura, an 'Eminent Person' for the CM Window, a BJP District Executive Committee member, and the State President of the Dhanak Samaj Utthan Sabha, Haryana.
Sunil Indaura and Market Committee member Suresh Sura met Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini at his official residence, 'Sant Kabir Kutir,' in Chandigarh. Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Indaura stated that resolving public issues is the top priority for Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
He noted that some officials arbitrarily prepare Action Taken Reports (ATRs) and attempt to close complaints through the 'Eminent Person'—a practice that is incorrect. A list of such corrupt officials and employees, whose actions tarnish the Chief Minister's reputation, will be prepared and submitted to him.
Indaura stated that he would personally hand over copies of ATRs involving corruption to the Chief Minister and demand appropriate action. He mentioned that an invitation has been extended to Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to visit Ratia, and the Chief Minister has assured that he will visit soon.
Indaura added that record-breaking development work is taking place in Haryana under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and their growing popularity ensures that the BJP will form the government in Punjab as well this time.
