Dr Ravinder Singh Baliyala, Chairman of the Haryana Scheduled Castes Commission, attended the camp as the chief guest. Officials Directed to Ensure Benefits Reach Eligible Beneficiaries

During his inspection of the departmental stalls, Dr Ravinder Singh Baliyala sought information from officials about the benefits being provided to eligible beneficiaries, the application process and the documents required.

He directed officials and staff to listen carefully to the grievances of citizens visiting the camp and provide them with proper guidance to help them access the relevant schemes.

He said the objective of public welfare schemes is to ensure that benefits reach the last person in society. For this, it is essential to identify eligible individuals and connect them with the schemes, while resolving difficulties faced during the application process on a priority basis.

Seva Setu Camps Provide Services of Multiple Departments Under One Roof

Addressing the gathering, Dr Ravinder Singh Baliyala said that Seva Setu camps organised under the Seva Sankalp Campaign serve as a direct link between the public and the administration. Through these camps, citizens can obtain information about schemes, services, eligibility criteria and application procedures of various departments at a single location.

He said such initiatives save people from having to visit multiple government offices to access welfare schemes. Departmental officials should deal with citizens cooperatively and process applications from eligible beneficiaries promptly so that no deserving person is deprived of government assistance.
