SDM Inspects Saral Kendra, Directs Officials To Provide Timely Services To Citizens

Haryana: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Surender Singh inspected the Saral Kendra in Ratia on Thursday. During the inspection, he reviewed the various government services being provided to citizens, the centre’s functioning, and the status of pending applications. He also sought information from the concerned staff about the facilities being provided to citizens visiting the centre to avail themselves of government services.

What were the directions of SDM Surender Singh?

SDM Surender Singh directed the officials and employees to ensure that the work of citizens visiting the Saral Kendra is completed on priority and within the prescribed time limit. He said citizens should not face any difficulty in accessing government services. Providing simple, transparent and timely services to citizens is a priority of the administration, he added.

He also directed the staff to pay special attention to cleanliness, seating arrangements and other essential facilities at the centre. He stressed that complaints and grievances of the public should be addressed seriously so that citizens do not have to make unnecessary visits to government offices for their work.

The SDM said all officials and employees should discharge their responsibilities with utmost dedication and promptness to ensure that citizens can access government services conveniently.
