UP: Massive fire breaks out at Mathura firecracker market, several injured

At least nine people sustained several burn injuries after a huge fire broke out in a fireworks market at Gopal Bagh located in Mathura district's Raya town on Sunday.

Speaking to ANI to Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS), Mukund Bansal said, "I received information that a fire broke out in Raya in a fireworks market and that multiple people have sustained burn injuries. We are currently treating people who have sustained injuries in an emergency". 

The Chief Medical Superintendent officer added, "We cannot say exactly how many people we will refer further or how many injured people are yet to come".
 

The visuals of the incident surfaced on social media that the whole market was destroyed in the fire, along with multiple vehicles also being burned down.
