Trending News: In Bengaluru, known as India’s tech hub, an auto rickshaw driver created a list of unusual rules for passengers and displayed them inside his vehicle. The signboard includes phrases like “No Kiss,” “No Hug,” and “No Smoking,” written in slightly broken English but easy to understand. He said he did this because some youngsters behave inappropriately while travelling. According to him, modern youth lack respect for elders and do not learn manners at home. He believes that small issues lead to bigger arguments, so he prefers to avoid trouble with clear guidelines.

The driver claims most problems arise due to young couples. He said some passengers engage in actions like kissing or hugging, which he finds unsuitable for a public vehicle. There have also been cases where passengers watch explicit videos inside the auto. He explained that such behaviour is not decent and creates discomfort for the driver. He added that travelling does not give anyone the right to make the space personal or act as if it is a private room. That is why he wrote, “This is not OYO,” referring to hotel rooms often linked to privacy.

What About Smoking And Damage To Vehicle?

Another major issue the driver faced is smoking inside the auto. Some people light cigarettes and refuse to listen when asked to stop. They often reply rudely, saying the driver should only focus on driving. The driver explained that cigarette sparks can burn the seat upholstery, which is expensive to repair. Instead of arguing every time, he installed the warning sign to avoid future disputes. He believes that one clear notice works better than repeated verbal warnings.

Why Did He Mention Children And Mobile Use?

Interestingly, the signboard also says that children should not use cell phones. The driver explained that he has seen kids continuously watching videos and playing games without parental supervision. In his words, “Kids have phones and money, but not manners.” He said technology is making children impatient and disrespectful. Even though his English is not perfect, his message is clear. He wants parents and children to behave responsibly during travel and avoid disturbance.

The driver shared that when students from colleges misbehave or cross limits, he immediately points toward the signboard. He either warns them politely or reminds them of the rules before continuing the ride. According to him, most passengers stop misbehaving once they see the board. He believes that warnings reduce conflicts and keep travel peaceful. He does not want trouble but only basic discipline inside the auto.
