Language row on Air India flight: A strange incident happened on an Air India flight going from Kolkata to Mumbai, the video of which has now gone viral on social media. A fight broke out between a female passenger and a YouTuber over language. The woman alleges that if the YouTuber wants to come to Mumbai, he should know how to speak Marathi. This incident happened on Air India flight AI676. YouTuber Mahi Khan said that the woman asked him to speak in Marathi, but when she said that he did not know Marathi, the woman started shouting at him and threatened that she would confront him after reaching Mumbai.

Mahi Khan shared the video on his Instagram account

'Mahinergy' wrote, "This happened in 2025, in a country that prides itself on 'unity in diversity.' I was told that if I am going to Mumbai, I should speak Marathi." He said that the woman was sitting in seat 16A on the flight and she continuously insisted that all passengers going to Mumbai should know the local language. During this time the cabin crew intervened, but no action was taken. After the video went viral, people are divided into two groups on social media.
