In this month the Sun will transit to a higher position in Aries, which is considered very auspicious according to Vedic astrology. Lord Sun, Goddess Durga and Lord Lakshmi Narayan. According to religious belief, Chaitra Navratri is considered very auspicious, whichever devotee worships and fasts regularly for the entire nine days of Navratri in Chaitra month, Goddess fulfills all his wishes and removes all the sorrows from his life. This time, according to the Hindu calendar, Chaitra Navratri will start from April 9, 2024 and end on April 17, 2024.

Papmochini Ekadashi 2024

Ekadashi is the biggest fast among all the fasts in Hindu religion. This date is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Worshiping Lord Vishnu and fasting on this day brings happiness in life. Lord Vishnu is pleased by observing fast on this Ekadashi. Every year it falls on the Ekadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month. This time the fast of Papamochini, the first Ekadashi falling in Chaitra month, will be observed on April 5 and Kamada Ekadashi will fall on April 19.

Ram Navami 2024

Every year the festival of Ram Navami is celebrated on the ninth date of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month. According to Valmiki Ramayana, it was on this date that Lord Rama was born in Ayodhya Dham. This time Ram Navami will be celebrated on April 17, 2024. This day is considered the best to get the blessings of Lord Ram.
