This time the Skoda Octavia RS will be brought to India as a CBU (Completely Built Unit); that is, it will be completely manufactured abroad and imported. This new generation Octavia RS is already available in the international market.

How Much Will It Cost?

The 2025 Skoda Octavia RS can be launched in a single fully loaded variant. Which can be named RS 265. Its ex-showroom price can be around Rs 49 to Rs 50 lakh. At this price, it will compete directly with premium sedans like the BMW 2 Series, Mercedes A-Class, Audi A4, Toyota Camry and Volkswagen Golf GTI.

Design and Features

The new Skoda Octavia RS can get modern features like a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 10-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, premium sound system, electric adjustable and ventilated front seats, and wireless charging.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 Skoda Octavia RS will have a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which will generate 265 PS of power and 370 Nm of torque. This engine will be mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The company claims that this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.4 seconds, while its top speed will be limited to 250 km/h.

It is worth noting that the same engine is also used in the Volkswagen Golf GTI, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in an even faster 5.9 seconds. Overall, this return of Skoda can be a great opportunity for customers who like power and style.
