Bihar Cabinet Expansion: Nishant Kumar, Vijay Sinha Take Oath As Ministers; PM Modi, Amit Shah In Attendance

Bihar Cabinet Expansion: Nitish’s son Nishant among 32 ministers to take oath; Amit Shah arrives in Patna (X)

Patna: Samrat Choudhary's government in Bihar got a major expansion of its cabinet today i.e., Thursday. Nishant Kumar, son of former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, along with 31 ministers including Shrawon Kumar, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, and Leshi Singh took oath as ministers in the Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary-led cabinet in Bihar.

Along with them, Ram Kripal Yadav, Nitish Mishra, Damodar Rawat, Sanjay Singh (Tiger), and Ashok Choudhary also took oath as ministers in the Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary-led cabinet in Bihar. 

Who have arrived at the event?

PM Narendra Modi and Bihar Governor Lieutenant General (Retd) Syed Ata Hasnain were present at Gandhi Maidan to attend Bihar cabinet expansion ceremony.

Notably, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Nitin Nabin, along with several other leaders were also present at the cabinet expansion of the Bihar government at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.

Nitish Kumar also graced the cabinet expansion event. 

Who will attend the event?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President Nitin Nabin, and former BJP President and Union Health Minister JP Nadda attended the swearing-in ceremony. 

Where will the event happen?

Following the formation of Samrat Choudhary's new government in Bihar, the cabinet expansion took place on Thursday. After about more than half a month, the formation of Samrat Choudhary's government, a grand cabinet expansion ceremony was held at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
