Patna: The troubles of the two bodyguards of the famous teacher Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, who are embroiled in the coaching controversy case, are not showing any signs of abating. The Patna court has clearly refused to grant immediate relief on the bail plea of  both the accused.

What did the court say during the hearing?

During the hearing, the court stressed the need to look into all aspects related to the case closely. Along with this, the court has asked for an updated case diary (updated status of the case) of this entire controversy from the concerned police station. Only after the case diary arrives, the next hearing on their bail will be held on June 20.

What about the bail plea?

A bail application was filed in court on behalf of Khan's two bodyguards. Defense lawyers presented arguments seeking relief, but the court refused to grant bail, citing the sensitivity of the case. Following this decision, both accused will remain in jail.

The court took a firm stance on the entire dispute and issued several important guidelines to the police administration. The court ordered the investigating officer to present the complete and updated case diary to the court as soon as possible. The court believes that a thorough investigation of the events and recorded events during the dispute is essential. The next hearing in the case will be held on June 20.

What about Khan Sir?

The District Judge's court denied bail to Khan Sir (Faizal Khan)'s two bodyguards in the Patna coaching controversy case. The court refused to grant bail to the accused and requested an updated case diary from the police. A hearing is also scheduled for the anticipatory bail plea of Faizal Khan, who currently holds a no-coercive bail order from the court.

Meanwhile, Patna Police stated that the plaintiff in case number 410/26 is not cooperating with the investigation. CCTV footage, evidence, plaintiffs, or witnesses related to the incident have not yet surfaced, prompting the police to post a notice at the Khan Global Studies Institute. The police have indicated that, based on this uncooperative attitude of the plaintiffs, Faisal Khan's "no coercive" relief will be strongly opposed in court on June 20.
