Fellowship Opportunity At AIIMS Delhi; Applications Open; Apply By November 11

New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has opened the application process for the January 2027 session of the fellowship program. This recruitment drive will provide doctors with the opportunity to pursue advanced medical training in 34 specialties, with a total of 93 seats. Of these, 54 seats are reserved for the open category and 39 for the sponsored category. 

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online until 5:00 PM on November 11, 2026. Candidates will need to visit the official AIIMS website, aiimsexams.ac.in, for admission. The entrance exam will be held on December 5, 2026.

Who can apply?

Eligibility criteria for this recruitment are determined by relevant experts. Generally, to apply for certain disciplines, candidates must possess an MD or MS degree in the relevant field, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Additionally, three years of teaching experience as a senior resident or equivalent position at a recognized institution after post-graduation is also required.
