New Delhi: Bollywood's lineup for 2026 is already creating a buzz. A new crop of actors, including industry scions and acclaimed talents from the South, are gearing up for their big first steps into Hindi cinema next year. Audiences have reason to be curious as studios and filmmakers stack fresh faces alongside established names in major projects.
Suhana Khan, daughter of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is among the most watched new entrants. After acting in the Netflix adaptation 'The Archies', she is now poised for a theatrical debut in 'King', a big-budget action thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film also stars her father in a key role and is expected to release in 2026. 'King' is being shaped as a high-octane entertainer with Suhana in a major part.
Agastya Nanda, grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, is also set to make his theatrical debut in 2026 with 'Ikkis', a war drama directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film is based on the true story of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, a young hero of the 1971 Indo-Pak war. 'Ikkis' was originally scheduled for late December but was pushed to January 1, 2026, making it one of the first big films of the year.
Medha Rana will make her big-screen debut with 'Border 2', starring opposite Varun Dhawan in the Sunny Deol‑led film. Earlier, she impressed audiences in the OTT series 'London Files'.
South Indian star Sai Pallavi will soon debut in Hindi films, bringing her strong performance reputation to a wider audience. She has been cast as Sita in 'Ramayana: Part 1', an epic mythological film directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The movie reunites her with Bollywood heavyweight Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Rama in the much-anticipated project.
Sai Pallavi is also set to star opposite Junaid Khan in the romantic drama 'Mere Raho' (originally titled Ek Din), produced by Aamir Khan and Mansoor Khan’s banner. This film adds a different flavour to her Bollywood journey, pairing her with a new-generation actor in a fresh narrative.
Alongside these names, several other performers are lined up for high-profile introductions in 2026. Actors like Sreeleela and others from South Indian cinema are crossing over to Hindi projects, while fresh pairings and ensemble casts are forming for big releases next year.
Sreeleela will make her Bollywood debut opposite actor Kartik Aaryan in 'Meri Zindagi Hai Tu', produced by T‑Series.
Akshay Kumar's niece, Simar Bhatia, will make her big‑screen debut in Sriram Raghavan’s 'Ikkis', opposite Agastya Nanda, with Jaideep Ahlawat also playing a pivotal role.
Govinda’s son Yashvardhan Ahuja is set to headline an untitled love story directed by National Award‑winning Telugu filmmaker Sai Rajesh. The film is expected to release in 2026.
