Ahead of their debut performance in India, American pop rock band the Jonas Brothers touched down in Mumbai this week. Photographers spotted Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas arriving at the airport dressed casually - Nick in pastel colours with a cap, Joe in a blue shirt, and Kevin in a green t-shirt. The trio smiled cheerfully for the cameras before making their way to waiting vehicles.
The brothers are set to play at the second Lollapalooza music festival in Mumbai on Saturday night. "We are looking forward to it - it's our first ever time in India - we will make it extra special. A couple of surprises. See you tonight," said Nick Jonas in a video message posted to Instagram on Friday morning. He gave fans a sneak peek of the stage set-up in another social media post.
The Mumbai concert comes just days after Nick and his wife, actress Priyanka Chopra, celebrated their daughter Malti Marie's second birthday. Chopra shared photos on Instagram of the family enjoying a puja ceremony and Malti's Elmo-themed party. "She is our miracle. And she is 2," Chopra captioned the post. The couple welcomed Malti via surrogate in January 2022.
Chopra and Jonas first met at the 2017 Met Gala before getting married in 2018 at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. Jonas recently had a cameo role in Chopra's upcoming romantic comedy film "Love Again", starring Celine Dion and Sam Heughan.
