Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri announced at a press briefing that Pakistan DGMO phoned the Indian DGMO. They decided that both sides will suspend all types of firing and military operations on land, air and sea with effect from 1700 hrs IST. Both sides were asked to enforce this agreement today. The Director General of Military Operations will once again address at 1200 hrs on May 12," the statement added.
