Israel, Iran

Tel Aviv: There is a lot of commotion in the Middle East at this time. Israel is keeping an eye on the ongoing talks between Iran and America regarding the nuclear deal. Israel has assured America that it will not attack Iran's nuclear sites until the ongoing nuclear talks between America and Iran fail completely. This information has come to light on the American news website 'Axios'. Meanwhile, there is also news that Iran has ordered weapons-making materials from China. According to the report, two Israeli officials were quoted as saying that Israel gave this assurance in a meeting held in Washington last week, which included Israel's Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer, Mossad chief David Barnea and National Security Advisor Tzachi Hanegbi.

An Israeli official said, 'We explained to America that if a good diplomatic solution is found, then there is no point in attacking. So we will wait until the talks are completely over.' On the other hand, according to a report by the 'Wall Street Journal', Iran is engaged in increasing its military power. It has ordered a large amount of material from China to make ballistic missiles, which includes ammonium perchlorate. Iran can make 800 missiles with this material. This material is expected to reach Iran in the next few months.

Iran-US talks going on

The report said that this material was ordered by an Iranian company 'Pishgaman Tejarat Rafi Novin' from a Hong Kong company 'Lion Commodities Holdings'. Some of this material can also be sent to Iran-backed groups, such as Yemen's Houthi rebels, who have recently launched missile attacks on Israel. Nuclear talks have been going on between the US and Iran since April. The US recently made a proposal to Iran, which talks about limiting Iran's uranium enrichment, but it will not be stopped completely. However, Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has rejected this proposal.

What did Iran need?

Iran has long been providing arms and funding to its supported groups against Israel, such as Yemen's Houthis, Lebanon's Hezbollah and Gaza's Hamas. Recently, Israel attacked Iran's missile production plants in October, in which many mixer machines were destroyed. Now Iran is busy repairing these plants and strengthening its air defense system.
