Kasim Khan Claims Imran Held in Complete Isolation, Demands Proof of Life from Pakistan Govt

Pakistan: Qasim Khan, the younger son of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, made serious allegations and said that his father has been kept in complete isolation and the family is not being given any permission to meet or talk to him. Qasim wrote on X that Imran Khan has been in custody for the last 845 days and has been kept alone in the death-row cell for the last six weeks. He says that the family does not have any proof of his being alive at this time.

Why did Qasim ask for help from the international community?

Qasim said in his appeal that global human rights organizations, democratic countries, and international organizations should immediately intervene. He demanded that Imran Khan's "proof of life" be issued, meetings be allowed as per the rights granted by the court, and this "inhumane solitary confinement" be ended.
