International News: Khalistani supporters organized a Hindu rally on Sunday in Toronto, Canada, raising slogans to send 8 lakh Hindus to India. The rally was taken out near the Maltan Gurdwara in Toronto, where effigies of Indian leaders were placed on a truck. These mannequins were displayed as prisoners, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and External Affairs Minister S.K. Jaishankar's effigies were involved. This incident is believed to be an attempt to spread hatred not only against India, but against the entire Hindu community.

Attack on Hindu temple in Brampton

On 3 November 2024, Khalistani supporters attacked the Hindu Sabha temple in Brampton, Canada, in which several devotees were injured. The attackers had Khalistani flags in their hands, and they attacked the devotees worshiping in the temple with sticks. After this attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to the Canadian government to take action and the Government of India had demanded Canada to ensure the safety of Hindu worship places.

The activities and attacks being carried out by Khalistan supporters in Canada against the Hindu community have created concern. India has demanded Canada to take strict action against these incidents to ensure the safety of the Hindu community and religious places there.
