International News: Donald Trump claimed India is slowly reducing oil imports from Russia. According to him, by year’s end India will bring down the imports to only 40 percent. Trump said this process cannot stop suddenly because energy deals take time. He also said Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to him and assured that India is serious about cutting Russian oil purchases. Trump described Modi as a great human being. He suggested India will finally end dependence on Russian oil completely.
Trump mentioned his recent conversation with PM Modi. He said Modi personally assured him that India would gradually reduce oil imports from Russia. Trump again praised Modi for his leadership. The President also discussed China’s role with Russia. He said their relationship is full of ups and downs but is not based on friendship. Instead, it is a matter of compulsion.
Trump explained that China’s case is different from India. He said Obama and Biden’s policies forced China and Russia closer. According to him, both countries act together because of pressure, not real trust.
Trump highlighted his tariff policies and claimed America benefited from them. He said for decades tariffs were used against the US. But under his leadership, tariffs became America’s advantage.
Trump admitted America has a $37 trillion debt. He blamed wrong trade policies for this burden. But he insisted tariffs made America richer and stronger, changing the nation’s financial future.
Trump also claimed that he stopped eight wars during his presidency. He said five or six of them ended because of tariff pressure. He projected himself as a peacekeeper.
