Air India CEO Campbell Wilson said that we have started resuming international services from 1 August 2025, and our aim is to fully restore these services from 1 October 2025. This strategic process gives us an opportunity to examine every aspect thoroughly and helps in restoring the service with full confidence.
CEO Campbell Wilson said, I recognize that some operational challenges in the last few weeks may have affected your journey. Rest assured, we are taking this matter seriously and strengthening our internal processes so that such inconvenience does not occur in the future.
This step of the company is not only towards normalizing the services, but it is also an attempt to restore the confidence of the passengers. Air India's focus is now on service quality, safety, and punctuality.
