Ajit Pawar's 2024 Tweet On 'Safe Plane Landings' Goes Viral After His Tragic Death (x)
Mumbai: A 2024 post from Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, who died on Wednesday after a plane crashed while landing in Baramati, is going viral on the internet now because of the 'air travel and safe landing' concerns in the tweet.
The old post, which is now doing rounds on social media, has left people shaken and in disbelief after reading the content of the tweet.
In 2024, the Nationalist Congress Party leader, who died due to the plane crash, in a post talked about plane travel and smooth landing.
Taking to X, Pawar wrote, "When we travel by helicopter or plane, if our plane or helicopter lands smoothly, we understand that the pilot is a woman."

And about two years later, his life journey ended in a tragic aircraft crash. Many people are shocked by the coincidence the tweet and accident have about 'travelling by helicopter and smooth landing.'
According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) statement, the aircraft, a Learjet 45 operated by VSR and registered as VT-SSK, crashed when it was attempting an emergency landing at Baramati airport.
The 66-year-old leader was onboard along with two personnel, one PSO and one attendant, and two crew members, the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and the First Officer (FO).
"As per initial information, no person on board has survived the crash," DGCA said.
