Ayodhya: After the consecration of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple, the saffron flag will be hoisted on the peak for the first time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead this historic flag hoisting. The event will be held on 25 November 2025, on the holy day of Vivah Panchami. The program will start at around 11:55 pm. Along with PM Modi, CM Yogi Adityanath, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and the Governor of Uttar Pradesh will also be present. The entry of general devotees will remain closed during the program and will open again normally from November 26. The entire event will be completed by 2 pm.
This year invitations have been sent only to the people of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. A total of 6000 guests have been invited, out of which 3000 are from Ayodhya district and 3000 will come from other districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The Sant Samaj living in forest areas have also been specially included. A total of 1000 saints and 5000 householders will be part of this program.
About 1600 rooms have been reserved for guests in Ayodhya. These have been made available with the cooperation of the society. Guests will be accommodated around Ramghat Square, Vasudev Ghat, Balu Ghat, Lata Chowk, Devkali, Tapasvi Cantonment, Vaidehi Bhawan, Ram Vallabha Kunj, Maniram Cantonment, and Ramkot Mohalla.
A huge tent city has been prepared for the flag hoisting program of Ramlala. Arrangements have been made to accommodate 3000 guests in Karsevak Puram and Tirtha Kshetra Puram. Each tent has the facility to accommodate 6 people. Vaidehi Nagar, Raghunandan Nagar, Bharat-Shatrughan Nagar and Soumitra Nagar have also been constructed. Two big eateries have been set up and golf carts will be available to take you to the Ram temple. The guests will be taken to the temple premises from 8:30 am on November 25. Special arrangements have been made for women in Vaidehi Nagar.
More than 40 private jets will land at Ayodhya airport today. Vehicles have been arranged by the Trust, which will take the guests directly to their place of stay. Security will be kept very strict from the airport to Ayodhya Dham.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has reserved 1800 hotel and homestay rooms. More than 5000 volunteers and police personnel will be deployed for the security and arrangements of the guests. Arrangements for food prasad have been made at 8 places in Ayodhya Dham.
