Bhagalpur: In a shocking news coming from Bihar's Bhagalpur..firing tookm place between the brothers of Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai, while the other is undergoing treatment. The police officer said that during the incident, the mother of both the brothers was also shot. Her treatment is also going on.
