After Sindoor Strike Stuns Pakistan, CDS Chauhan Briefs President Murmu on Victory Blueprin

Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan, joined by Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi, Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, and Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh, met President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan to discuss the outcomes of Operation Sindoor. Launched on May 7 in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, the operation targeted terrorist infrastructure across the Line of Control (LoC), reinforcing India’s unwavering stance against terrorism.

A Decisive Counter-Terror Operation

Operation Sindoor was a meticulously executed mission aimed at dismantling nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The operation, involving coordinated efforts from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, neutralized over 100 terrorists with precision strikes, minimizing civilian impact.
