Saharanpur: A major clash broke out in Bohadupur village under Nagal police station in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The fight started over loud DJ music being played in a wedding procession. As Nitin Saini's wedding procession was passing through a Muslim neighbourhood, some local youths in the area objected to the high volume of the DJ.

The argument quickly turned heated, leading to a physical fight between both sides. Four people from both sides got injured during the clash.  The sudden fight between two groups creates chaos at the scene.  The wedding side claims that Muslim youths attacked to stop the DJ, injuring baraatis Shekhar and Nikhil.

The other side says namaz was going on in the mosque at that time, and they only asked to turn off the DJ. They allege that the baraatis got angry, picked up sticks, abused, and attacked Faim and others. Videos of the clash from both sides are now viral on social media.

What happened when police arrived?

Police reached the spot after getting information and calmed both groups. The injured were taken to Nagal CHC, treated, and sent home. Rural SP Sagar Jain said medical exams were done for both sides, and cases have been filed based on their complaints. All injuries are minor. Further action will depend on CCTV footage and witness statements. The area is calm now, but the probe continues.

Why did the fight start?

Rural SP said on the night of November 1, Nagal police got news that in Bohadupur village, a dispute happened over a DJ in a baraat. It led to beating. Medical was done for people from both sides. Cases are registered under proper sections based on written complaints received. Both sides have normal wounds. FIR is against more than five people from each group.

Who filed the case?

Both groups gave written statements, and police filed FIR against over five persons from each side. The clash shows how small issues like loud music near religious places can turn violent fast. Locals say such processions often pass the area, but the timing with prayers sparked anger.

Police have increased patrolling to stop more trouble. Community leaders from both sides are being called for peace talks. The videos show men hitting with sticks and shouting. Authorities hope quick action will calm things. For now, the village is quiet, but people remain careful.
