New Delhi: A major revelation has been made in the Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attack case. The Delhi Police have filed a charge sheet against the accused, Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimjibhai, which contains several shocking facts that will leave anyone astonished. The charge sheet also includes several key parts of the accused's confession.

What the accused said?

“I am a protector of dogs”, Accused's confession in the charge sheet. According to the charge sheet, 41-year-old Sakariya Rajeshbhai Khimji stated during questioning that he considers himself a “protector of dogs.” The charge sheet states that the accused had a deep affection for stray animals, especially dogs, since childhood.

What the Delhi police said?

According to the Delhi Police charge sheet, Khimji had built a Mahakal temple near his house, where several stray dogs also lived. The charge sheet also records that the accused had previously gone on a hunger strike in Ayodhya over the issue of monkeys and was jailed after a clash with temple guards. Later, he saw videos on social media showing actions taken by CM Rekha Gupta regarding dogs.

What led the accused to Delhi?

A crucial part of the charge sheet records the accused's statement that he had a dream. “In the dream, a dog next to a Shivling said — ‘Dogs are unhappy in Delhi.’”

After this, the accused went to the Mahakal temple in Ujjain and made two slips of paper, one with “Yes” and the other with “No” written on them. When he placed the slips before Mahakal Maharaj and picked one up, it said “Yes.”

After this, he asked his wife for money, but she refused, after which he borrowed 2000 rupees from his friend ‘Tahseen alias Bapu’ and said, “If anyone stops me this time, I will kill them.” Arrived in Delhi, went to the Chief Minister's residence and said, "Release the dogs."

The charge sheet states that the accused first went to Shalimar Bagh, then to the Chief Minister's residence in Civil Lines. There, he demanded that Rekha Gupta release the dogs that had been seized. When the Chief Minister said, "The dogs were seized on a court order," he became enraged and attacked her.

What was the intention of the attack?

The Delhi Police charge sheet clearly stated, "The accused first slapped the Chief Minister hard, then grabbed her by the hair, threw her to the ground, and continued the attack with the intention of killing her." Security personnel and local residents present there apprehended the accused and handed him over to the police.
