'Ek Biwi Ke Sath Toh Rehta Hun': Khesari Lal Yadav Takes A Dig At Pawan Singh

Patna: As Bihar is gearing up for the assembly elections, war of words between political leaders have started. The first phase of Bihar election is all set to start on November 6. Pawan Singh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and bhojpuri singer-actor took a dig at Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Khesari Lal Yadav.

What was Khesari Lal Yadav's statement?

Khesari Lal Yadav recently reacted to Pawan Singh's remarks on him. In his statement, Khesari Lal Yadav said they both are like brothers. Reactin to Pawan Singh' previous statement, The Khesari Lal said, "He (Pawan Singh) is my elder brother...About me, he recently said, 'main ek paani pe nahi rehta'; that one day I say that I am here because of Pawan bhaiya and Dinesh bhaiya.''

He added, If I have made them my idols, it doesn't make them my 'karmdata' or my God. You are elder brothers, but it is one's actions which make them big. I don't make personal remarks. He says. 'main ek paani pe nahi rehta', how do I respond to this? So, I told him 'kam se kam ek biwi ke saath toh rehta hoon'. I give a lot of importance to my relations."

What Pawan Singh said in his response?

After Khesari Lal's reaction, Pawan Singh strongly hit back at Khesari Lal's statement. He said, "I know his reality... Should I say that in the name of making people a star, he has destroyed 500 lives? I do not want to say such things right now... I will talk about it later."

Meanwhile, it is worthy to be mentioned here that the Election Commission has announced the date of Bihar Assembly elections. Bihar election will be held in two phases for the 243 Assembly seats November 6 and November 11. Meanwhile, the counting of votes and results will be declared on November 14.
