Failed to pass in two subjects, Class 12 student commits suicide in East Delhi

The results for Class 10 and 12 of the Central Board of Education (CBSE) were declared on Monday.

A tragic incident has been reported from east Delhi's Laxmi Nagar area where a class 12 student has committed suicide after failing two subjects. The victim has been identified as Arjun Saxena, who was found hanging at the rented apartment. However, no suicide note had been found from the scene.

Soon after getting the information, police reached the spot and had to break the door to enter in the room. Saxena’s body has been kept in a mortuary and his family members have been informed about the incident. Sources have claimed that Saxena hailed from Uttar Pradesh and has been living in east Delhi for quite some time now. He was also preparing for the engineering entrance exam while studying in class 12.

Meanwhile, the police have started an investigation to find the exact cause behind the drastic step.
