On Sunday morning, Indigo flight 6E-6473 took off from Pune Airport at 8:43 AM, heading towards Hyderabad. However, upon entering Hyderabad’s airspace, the aircraft encountered heavy air traffic and was subsequently diverted to Vijayawada Airport as a precautionary measure.

Once the air traffic around Hyderabad normalized, the flight resumed its journey and safely landed at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at 12:38 PM. Although passengers experienced some inconvenience due to the detour, the professionalism of the pilots and coordination with Air Traffic Control (ATC) ensured that a major disruption was avoided.

Air India Flight from Tokyo Makes Emergency Landing in Kolkata

In a more serious development, Air India flight AI357, traveling from Tokyo’s Haneda Airport to Delhi, faced a mid-air technical issue. The passengers and cabin crew noticed unusual heat inside the aircraft cabin. Prioritizing passenger safety, the crew quickly made the decision to divert the flight to Kolkata.

The plane landed safely at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, and the airline’s technical team immediately began inspecting the aircraft.
