National News: After Operation Sindoor, India has opened a decisive front against terror and has now stepped up the strategy to surround Pakistan on the diplomatic front. In this sequence, an all-party parliamentary delegation led by JDU MP Sanjay Jha recently visited five countries: Japan, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore. The party especially got a major diplomatic success in Indonesia, where India gained support to raise their voice in the Islamic Cooperation Sangathan (OIC).

Indonesia will support India

After returning to India, Sanjay Jha revealed that Indonesia has agreed with India's insistence that it would favor India in OIC meetings. Jha said, "India has the second largest Muslim population in the world, but we are not members of OIC. Pakistan misuses this platform and passes an anti-India resolution.

This step is not only a symbol of diplomatic support for India but has also come up as a major challenge to arbitrariness in Pakistan's OC.

Malaysia was cautious, but there was no refusal to communicate

The delegation also visited Malaysia, which is another member country of OC. According to Sanjay Jha, "Malaysia listened to our words seriously but avoided standing in someone's." It makes it clear that India has put its point, but not every country is currently in a position to support it openly.

5-nation tour: What was achieved, who said what

Sanjay Jha said that democratic countries like Japan, South Korea, and Singapore understood India's vision and appreciated the all-party structure of the delegation. He admitted that India's military action was focused only on terrorist bases, with no harm to the citizens. This further strengthened India's international image as a responsible nation.

Will Pakistan surround FATF again?

The delegation, in its visit, made it clear that India is engaged in diplomatic efforts to put Pakistan back on the Gray list of the FATF. FATF is the global institution that investigates whether a country does not indulge in giving financial help to terrorism. Coming in on the gray list has a big impact on the economy of any country.

India's strict intention on Indus Water Agreement

India has also clarified its stance abroad regarding the Indus Waters Treaty. According to Sanjay Jha, "This agreement is based on a sense of friendship and cooperation, but Pakistan has been violating it again and again. India has been talking about review on the basis of environmental change, technological development, and new dam policy for the last two and a half years, but Pakistan has been defrauding."

Pakistan's growing diplomatic siege

This journey of the all-party delegation is an example of India's emerging diplomatic confidence. While India is taking decisive action against terror at the military level, on the other hand, it is not far behind in highlighting Pakistan's double character on global forums. India will be ready to become the voice of India in OC, and the steps towards FATF - all show that now India's pressure on the global image of Pakistan is continuously increasing.
