The victim, allegedly exploited under false promises of marriage, bravely stepped forward to report the abuse.Exploitation and arrestThe victim detailed a disturbing account of exploitation, revealing how the accused, identified as Surendra Lodhi, manipulated her trust over six months, beginning in December 2023. Lodhi, who initially connected with the victim on Instagram, abused his position of authority as a road construction contractor to coerce her into a coercive relationship, which lasted until May 2, 2024.
