Clarification from Madhavi Lata

After the video of Madhavi Lata surfaced, her clarification on this incident has also come. She has told the agency that she is a candidate and according to the law, she has the right to see the voter ID cards of the voters of my area and to see them without face masks. Madhavi Lata said she is just checking whether that is a man or a woman. I requested him very politely. I asked her can I see you also with the ID card. If someone wants to make this incident a big issue, then it clearly means that he is afraid.

Case registered

However, case has been registered in Malakpet Police Station against BJP candidate from Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency under sections 171C, 186, 505(1)(c) of IPC and Section 132 of the Representation of the People Act.

Not first time

Earlier, Madhavi Lata had visited polling station number 122 in Azampur of Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency. Here he had alleged irregularities in the voter list and said that the names of many voters have been removed. He had alleged that the policemen were looking very lethargic, they were not active. They are not investigating anything. Senior citizen voters are coming here, but their names have been removed from the list. Some of them are residents of Goshamahal, but their names have been added to the list of Rangareddy.
