And the most painful thing is that this is the second time in just five days that the prices have been increased. According to the new prices, petrol has become costlier by 87 paise and diesel by 91 paise per litre. The increased prices have come into effect from Tuesday. Now petrol in Delhi is available at Rs 98.64 per litre and diesel at Rs 91.58 per litre. Earlier on Friday also, the prices of both the fuels had increased by about Rs 3 per litre.
