RSS's First Response On Ram Mandir Donation Theft Case: Calls Incident 'Unfortunate'; Urges Strict Action (X)
Ayodhya: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Friday has reacted for the first time to the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya offering theft case. RSS Sarkaryavah (General Secretary) Dattatreya Hosabale stated that the magnificent temple built at Ram Janmabhoomi has become a center of reverence, faith, and devotion for the entire Hindu community due to the struggles of generations and the dedication, sacrifice, and devotion of millions of Ram devotees.
In a statement, RSS Sarkaryavah (General Secretary) Dattatreya Hosabale said that the unfortunate incident of theft of money deposited in donation boxes kept in Shri Ram Lalla temple in Ayodhya has hurt the sentiments and faith of the entire society and Ram devotees and we all are hurt by this incident.
"The unfortunate incident of theft in the donation boxes kept at the Shri Ram Lalla temple in Ayodhya has deeply hurt the sentiments and faith of the entire society and Ram devotees; we are all extremely pained and angered by this event," said in a post on X.
RSS leader Dattatreya Hosabale called on the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust to treat the incident as an exceptional matter and address any shortcomings in the temple's management and operational systems.
"We are confident that through proper financial management, flawless and transparent operational systems, and an atmosphere imbued with purity, sanctity, and true dharmikta, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will continue to strengthen the faith and trust of the Hindu society," he added.
Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh also appealed to the entire Hindu society to show necessary patience and restraint in this difficult moment and take advantage of this unfortunate incident to foil the conspiracies of anti-Hindu, anti-national forces to defame Hindu religion and society.
