National News: The celebration of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) winning the first IPL trophy turned into a major tragedy. Outside the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, 11 people died tragically in a stampede, while many were injured in a stampede. Legal action has also started regarding this incident. Complaint filed against Kohli, organizers accused of negligence

This complaint is AM, representative of social organization 'Naja Hratgarra Vedike.' Venkatesh lodged at Kubban Park Police Station on Friday. Venkatesh alleged that the event was organized without any government permission, threatening life and security. Police have confirmed that the complaint will be added to the FIR already lodged and investigations are being done.

Serious sections in FIR, case of negligence died

Several serious sections have been imposed in the FIR lodged by the Karnataka Police. These include Section 105 of the IPC (intentionally responsible acts for death), section 115 (2) (intentionally hurt), section 118 (1) and (2) (serious injuries or dangerous means hurt) and section 3 (5) (serious harm by shared intention).

The injured fan also lodged a complaint

Another complaint was lodged by a person named Rolland Gomes, who was injured in this stampede. He said, "Seeing the post of RCB on social media, I came to attend the program with friends. The crowd at gate number 17 was so large that I got out to shoulder and I had to be hospitalized".

RCB's marketing head arrested, screws on three others

RCB's marketing head, Nikhil Sose, who came under investigation, was arrested at 6:30 am on Friday morning while leaving Mumbai from Kempegowda International Airport. According to sources, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah himself ordered the arrest. The police have also detained three officers of the organizer DNA event company.

The first trophy was won on June 3

Significantly, in the final played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on June 3, RCB defeated Punjab Kings and won the IPL title for the first time after a long wait of 17 years. This was followed by a grand celebration in Bengaluru, which unfortunately turned into a deadly incident.
