Police said that the girl had come to Kalkaji temple with a friend around 7 pm on Monday evening. The friend is also 17 years old. After the temple, both of them went to the park behind. Three young men came there. They said that we are from the police. Both of them got scared due to this. It is alleged that after this they forced the girl. Because the girl is a minor, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act.

The police received a call at around 8.45 pm. The whole thing was told on PCR call. Police immediately reached the spot. The girl was taken to the hospital, where she was examined. The police listened to her and wrote an FIR. The girl's condition is now said to be fine.

The police first checked all the CCTV cameras in and around the park. Several hours of footage were viewed. The people present there were also asked. Through this a boy was identified. His name is said to be Asif. When the police went to arrest him, he tried to run away. Then the police took action, in which he was shot in the leg. After that he was arrested. Right now he is in custody.
