Gurugram Man Who Had Love Marriage Killed His 31-year-old Wife: Police

In Gurugram, a 31-year-old woman was allegedly strangled to death by her husband in the Bhondsi area, according to the police.

According to the complaint lodged by the victim’s brother Mukesh, around 2:30 am on Thursday, his brother-in-law Anil called him and asked to reach Gurugram, saying that ‘his sister Seema was not feeling well.’

“When I reached I found my sister dead. There were marks of scratches and injuries on Seema’s neck,” he alleged in his complaint.

Seema had love marriage with accused

Reportedly, the deceased had a love marriage with Anil and they lived in Bhondsi’s Batika Kunj with their one-year-old daughter, said the police.

Following a complaint by Seema’s brother, an FIR has been lodged against the accused, said a senior police officer. However, the reason behind the heinous crime is still unknown.

Further, investigation is under going into this case, he added.
