The Case:

Manisha, an 18-year-old from Dhani Lakshman village under Loharu police station in Bhiwani, worked as a teacher at a private play school. Her body was discovered on August 13 in the fields of Singhani village. The investigation revealed that her throat had been slit, and in addition to decayed flesh, the skin, muscles, and bones of her neck were missing.

Suspecting sexual assault, samples have been sent to the lab. On August 14, Manisha’s family refused to collect the body, accusing police officers of negligence. The case gained public attention after this, but the mystery has not yet been solved.
