₹5 Crore Offer to Virat Kohli? Questions Raised Over Premanand Maharaj Ashram (Prem Kaushik)

Vrindavan: The controversy surrounding the Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram has taken a new turn following the death of Rasik Dulari Sharan alias Deepak Lodhi, a disciple of Sant Premanand Maharaj, under suspicious circumstances. Falahari Maharaj, president of the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Nyas, has issued a letter seeking an investigation by a central investigative agency into activities allegedly linked to the ashram. In the letter, he levelled several serious allegations, including the alleged misuse of Sant Premanand Maharaj’s name and reputation.

In the letter, Falahari Maharaj claimed that certain people were using Sant Premanand Maharaj’s popularity and religious standing for their personal interests. He alleged that the activities of such individuals were not limited to the ashram and were also linked to land dealings and other matters in Vrindavan. The allegations made in the letter have not been independently verified.

The letter also mentions Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. Falahari Maharaj alleged that individuals associated with a private company in Rajasthan had offered Virat Kohli ₹5 crore in the name of promoting Sant Premanand Maharaj. He claimed that some people associated with the same group later became connected with the ashram while posing as sadhus. The letter calls for these allegations to be investigated as well.

Questions Raised Over Land in Flood-Prone Areas

Falahari Maharaj has also raised questions regarding land in flood-prone areas around Belvan village across the Yamuna. The letter alleges that an illegal network involved in the trading of government land and plots in the Yamuna floodplain is active in the area. He has expressed suspicion of possible involvement of some officials and demanded a comprehensive investigation.

The letter further alleges that Sant Premanand Maharaj’s name and influence are being used to facilitate land deals.

Serious Allegations of Human Trafficking and Missing Children

The letter also raises concerns over alleged human organ trafficking and cases involving missing children. Falahari Maharaj has sought a detailed investigation by a central investigative agency to establish the facts behind these allegations.

At the same time, Falahari Maharaj expressed his respect for Sant Premanand Maharaj in the letter. Describing him as an important saint for the Sanatan tradition, he said that the activities of certain alleged “mafia elements” were damaging the saint’s image.

He also publicly appealed to Sant Premanand Maharaj to distance himself from such people and move from Vrindavan to Govardhan.

The controversy comes after the suspicious death of Sant Premanand Maharaj’s disciple, Rasik Dulari Sharan alias Deepak Lodhi, following which questions have continued to be raised over the management and activities associated with the ashram. Various claims have also surfaced on social media regarding the matter.

Falahari Maharaj’s letter has now intensified the controversy, with him demanding an impartial investigation into all the allegations mentioned in the letter and calling for the truth to be brought to light.
